Beauty Smoothie That You Can Eat & Wear as a Mask!

The next time you make a smoothie and you're about to rinse out the blender... WAIT! Have you ever thought about putting what's left over on your face? Just about everything that makes up a healthy/vitamin rich smoothie also can benefit your skin if applied directly to it. Why waste that last bit when it can be used to get a healthy glow, reduce free radical damage, re-hydrate, minimize fine lines/wrinkles, promote cell growth and stimulate collagen production.

Here's what you'll need-

1/2 cup of non-fat plain greek yogurt (for vegan substitute use coconut yogurt)
1 cup of chilled acai green tea
Small handful of blueberries (fresh or frozen)
Small handful of chopped strawberries (fresh or frozen)
Handful of fresh spinach
