Sunscreen & Sunblock- What's the Difference?

Sunscreen VS. Sunblock
Not many people know that there is actually a large difference between the two! Sunscreen absorbs the rays and contains ingredients such as oxybenzone that protect against UVA and UVB rays. Unfortunately the ingredients in sunscreen break down after a few hours so it must be re-applied regularly. Sunblock does exactly how it sounds! It blocks/reflects rays and is typically made from titanium dioxide or zinc oxide.
One of my favorite sunblock products that I have used for years is called Solar Block by Sanitas. I never have to worry about getting a sunburn and the texture is really nice! Check it out-
